Los finlandeses RUBIK editaron a principios de año ’Solar’ en toda Europa. Después de triunfar en el Primavera Club 2010 y Primavera Sound los finlandese Rubik se acercan a Valencia, a presentar su último disco “SOLAR”

El tercer álbum de Rubik se grabó durante el verano más caluroso en la historia de Helsinki en Kulttuuritalo (Casa de Cultura), un edificio histórico y emblemático de conciertos diseñado por el arquitecto Alvar Aalto en los años 1950. Solar fue grabado y producido por el grupo y mezclado por Ben Allen (Animal Collective, Deerhunter, Gnarls Barkley). Después del lanzamiento de su segundo álbum “Dada Bandits”, Rubik giró por Estados Unidos y Europa, estando presentes en algunos de los festivales más importantes del mundo (Roskilde, Øya, Primavera Club, CMJ) donde compartieron escenario junto a grupos cómo LCD Soundsystem, Robyn, The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart and Caribou.
